 Here are the ads I would use to promote my page. With the purpose of the page being aimed toward helping people to become more crafty, my target audience is fairly large. I narrowed the audience by targeting people interested in DIY projects. The pictures used are to display the different types of tools and accessories that are often used in working on different things. This hopefully will draw in both male and female fans to my page.

 

Connecting the Dots

In hearing all the different presentations on connecting the dots, I think the advancement in technology has given us some great tools that are helping to create a better future.  For example, there is the Tile, a device that let's us know where we left things, and Zipcar, which allows for collaborative consumption so we no longer have to own things that take up large amounts of space.  However, with all the new ideas and technologies we are forfeiting our privacy, which I feel is a huge mistake.
